SEPTRONICS response to COVID-19

COVID-19 is creating unprecedented issues for small business and the entire business community.  We are monitoring the situation closely and are doing everything possible to continue a timely and reliable supply of products to our valued customers.

Despite the impact and changes brought on by the COVID-19 outbreak, Septronics is accepting orders and has both customer service and technical support functions operational.  The greater challenge facing our business

is with manufacturing and supply chains.  Since Septronics products are 100% manufactured in the USA, our ability to produce and ship product is a direct function of local, state and federal government restrictions being imposed to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Unfortunately we are beginning to experience logistical and supply chain delays on various raw materials and piece parts which will affect our ability to manufacture and ship certain products.   The State of Wisconsin is imposing restrictions on all businesses regarding operations and the restrictions change day-by-day as they work to contain the virus.

Our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our people and our community.  We are doing everything possible to abide by the subjective mandates to protect our employees and the surrounding community.
